Cynthia Data provides tools for the generation of synthetic data for machine learning, testing, and research purposes. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
a. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to derive the source code of any software provided as part of the Service.
6. Fees and Payment
Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. If you choose a paid service, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize Cynthia Data to charge your payment method.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, are owned by Cynthia Data, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. License to Use Generated Data
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the synthetic data generated through the Service for your internal business or research purposes, subject to any additional terms outlined in a separate agreement.
9. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we may collect, store, and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Confidentiality

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cynthia Data, its affiliates, and its employees, agents, and officers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
